Job Title: CNC Turner programmer
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our team. As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming CNC lathes to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities:
– Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision turned parts.
– Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
– Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
– Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.
– Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
– Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a CNC Turner or similar role.
– Proficiency in operating CNC lathes and understanding programming.
– Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
– Certification or training in CNC machining programming is preferred.
– Strong communication skills in English
– Driver’s license B; Own car would be a plus.
