Job Description: Assembler

Responsibilities:

1. Assembly:
   • Assist in the assembly of fabricated components, ensuring accurate alignment and proper fit.
   • Collaborate with team members to achieve seamless integration of parts into final assemblies.
2. Reading Technical Drawings:
   • Interpret and follow technical drawings to understand project requirements.
   • Translate engineering specifications into precise assembly tasks.
3. Grinding and Finishing:
   • Conduct grinding and finishing processes to achieve smooth and polished surfaces on components.
   • Maintain the highest standards of surface preparation and finishing for completed products.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure all assemblies meet the required quality standards through inspections and testing.
5. Safety and Compliance:
   • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures during assembly and finishing activities.
   • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an assembler or in a similar role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience with grinding and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with assembly processes and materials.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Driver’s license; Own car would be a plus.
• VCA certification would be a plus.
