Job description: CNC Miller programmer
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our team. As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities:
– Setup and program CNC milling machines to produce precision milled parts.
– Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
– Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
– Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced to specifications.
– Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.
– Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
– Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
– Programming from technical drawings to the program on the machine.
Requirements:
– 1 year of experience as a CNC Miller programmer..
– Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines and being able to program independently.
– Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
– Strong attention to detail and precision.
– Certification or training in CNC machining is preferred.
– Strong communication skills in English
– Driver’s license B; Own car would be a plus.
